Returns
Equine Impressions requires a return merchandise authorization for all goods returned to be returned. Returns to Equine Impressions will be refused unless they reference a valid RMA on the outside of the package. Customers' credit cards will be refunded within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
Only new, unused merchandise is eligible for return and the return request must be made within 10 days of shipment from our location. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Customer is responsible for all freight. In the event of a shipping error on Equine Impressions part we will ship the proper item to the customer at no additional freight charge and will issue a call tag for the return of the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, refund will be processed for the original shipment.
There will be no refunds on special orders unless the merchandise is faulty. We will make every effort to make our customer
happy to shop at Equine Impressions. We will review each return on its own merits and judge them individually.
